Before a recovery begins
Questions that clarify the path
Recovery depends on what is known, what is missing, and how the wallet or device failed. These answers explain the practical boundaries before you contact us.
Reconstruct the available path
Eligibility and information
What do I need to know to regain access to my wallet? What does the probability of recovery depend on?
To recover a lost password, it is essential to have information about what the password could have been—unless the password was very simple and can be reconstructed. Otherwise, recovery may be impossible.
We need as much information as possible about how you generate passwords, such as special characters, possible examples, words, or strategies. The more useful information we have, the greater the chance of recovering access. We have a questionnaire that we will help you complete after you get in touch.
Is it possible to recover wallets from a physically damaged device?
In many cases, it is possible to recover a wallet file, seed, or private key from a damaged mobile phone, hard drive, or other memory device. Specialized processes may recover part or all of the stored information. We need physical access to the device for this work.
Pricing and quotation
What is the cost of the service?
There is no fixed price. We provide a quotation based on the type of work, the required information, processing time, whether custom wallet development is needed, and whether hardware-level recovery is involved.
Is the consultation free? Do I need to pay upfront?
Consultations are free. The service is charged only if the recovery succeeds; otherwise, there is no service fee.
Do I need a minimum amount in my wallet to recover the funds?
Recovery is technically independent of the wallet balance, so we can assess a case regardless of the amount.
Security and confidentiality
Is this service secure?
The devices used to process wallets are physically located at our facility and remain offline. We do not outsource the computing work to providers such as Amazon or Google.
Is it necessary to send the full wallet file?
In many cases, yes. Bitcoin Core and Bitcoin-QT are exceptions where a limited extract can be sufficient, allowing us to work without access to the funds. We will explain the appropriate secure handoff after assessing the case.
Is it possible to sign a legal contract?
Yes. A legal contract can be signed if the client requests it.
Do you have an office?
Yes. We have an office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Travel can also be arranged when a client requires it.
Timing
How long will it take to help me regain access to my cryptocurrencies?
It depends on the type of issue. A case can take less than 24 hours or it can take months. We can provide an estimate after understanding the case in detail.
How long will it take to receive a response?
We respond by email or phone within 48 hours. Please check your spam folder because our email may be filtered there.
